Project: General Damage Assessment
Learning design and development for an eLearning course on General Damage Assessment-structures training for commercial aircraft (Boeing and Airbus), using Structure Repair Manuals. Designed and produced for SR Technics, Zurich. Included damage case studies for both Boeing and Airbus aircrafts with step-by-step guided interactions on how to use the electronic SRT to assess and diagnose damage cases.

E-Learning instructional designer, digital resource design and classroom training design.
Project: Faraday
Audience: Royal Navy Weapons Engineer Technicians (New, Lead and Petty Officer).
Instructional design for e-learning modules and interactive digital resources as part of a blended learning programme for RN engineer career courses, in compliance with a competency framework. Dominique worked in a large team and closely with Royal Navy engineer SMEs.

E-learning instructional designer
Audience: New CAG Engineers
Instructional design for two e-learning modules covering the use of technical products (machinery) and an introduction to their quality processes, designed to precede and complement a series of follow-on classroom-based workshops. The role included technical module design and consultation with Continental’s engineer SMEs and the workshop leaders/trainers.
